RSF Execute Over 100 People and Loot Medical Supplies, Markets in Al-Nuhud

Follow-ups – Mashaweer

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) carried out a large-scale massacre in the city of Al-Nuhud starting last night, killing more than 100 people, including 21 children and 15 women. They also looted medical supplies, local markets, and Al-Nuhud Teaching Hospital.

The Sudan Doctors Network strongly condemns and denounces this horrific humanitarian crime committed in Al-Nuhud by the RSF, according to statistics received by the Network from last night until midday today. The events represent a blatant violation of all international treaties and human values.

The Network also harshly condemns the organized looting of Al-Nuhud Teaching Hospital — a vital lifeline for the region’s residents — as well as the looting of the medical supply warehouse and the destruction of several private pharmacies. These acts, which continued until the release of this statement, have stripped the city of its last means of healthcare and halted medical services for many patients and injured individuals who rely on them amid these difficult circumstances.

The Network affirms that the announced numbers do not include military personnel, and it warns that the death toll may rise due to ongoing violence and the lack of first aid and essential medicines.

The Sudan Doctors Network calls on the international community and humanitarian organizations to act urgently to stop these violations, ensure the delivery of medical aid to the area, and hold accountable all those responsible for these crimes that threaten civilian lives and

safety.
