Sudan’s Director of General Intelligence, General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal, is expected to travel to Washington in the coming days for high-level security consultations.
According to Asharq News, this visit marks the second time Washington has hosted bilateral security talks between the two nations.
Sources indicate that the discussions between the Sudanese Intelligence Service and the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) will focus on counter-terrorism efforts and key bilateral issues.
