Massad Boulos discusses efforts to stop the war in Sudan with Norwegian officials

Massad Boulos, the U.S. President’s Advisor for African and Arabian Affairs, stated that he held a “fruitful meeting with Norwegian State Secretary Andreas Kravik, Ambassador Anniken Huitfeldt, and their team, to discuss how to build on the momentum generated by the ‘Call to Action’ event for the Sudan Humanitarian Fund to achieve a humanitarian truce.”

He added, “Our joint efforts aim to ensure Sudan’s transition toward inclusive, civilian-led governance.”

This meeting comes as part of ongoing international efforts to address the humanitarian and political crisis in Sudan.
