Mossad Boulos Reveals U.S. President’s Plan and the Quartet’s Role in Ending the War in Sudan

U.S. Presidential and State Department Advisor for Arab and African Affairs, Mossad Boulos, announced that the United States is hosting a meeting of the Quartet, with the participation of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, to advance peace efforts in Sudan.
According to Al-Sharq TV, Boulos stated that Quartet representatives discussed ways to achieve an immediate humanitarian truce and to reach a permanent ceasefire in Sudan.
He added that the meeting also addressed the need to end foreign interference and to support the transition toward civilian governance in the country.
Boulos further noted that the Quartet agreed to establish a joint committee to enhance coordination on urgent priorities in Sudan.
He concluded by emphasizing that the U.S. President is committed to achieving peace in Sudan.
