The office stated in a report that humanitarian needs in the cities of Kadugli and Dalanj in South Kordofan have reached “catastrophic levels.”
The UN renewed its call for the protection of civilians and infrastructure, while also calling on the parties to the conflict to adhere to their obligations under international humanitarian law.
