The Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned what it described as a \u201ctreacherous terrorist attack,\u201d stating that the Rapid Support Forces carried it out using a drone, targeting the only hospital in Al-Jabalain, which provides services to the local population.<\/h4>\n

<\/h4>\n

This attack comes about a week after accusations were directed at the Sudanese army for launching a drone strike targeting the hospital in the city of Al-Daein, the capital of East Darfur State, which resulted in the deaths of 64 people and injuries to dozens of civilians.<\/h4>\n

<\/h4>\n

Political and civil forces considered the targeting of Al-Jabalain Hospital, and the resulting deaths and injuries among patients and medical staff, as a \u201cheinous crime\u201d added to the record of violations committed by the warring parties against civilians and service facilities.<\/h4>\n
