Severe Deterioration of Conditions for Sudanese Refugees in Chad

UN reports have revealed a severe and critical deterioration in the conditions of Sudanese refugees in Chad, as waves of people continue to flee the ongoing conflict in Sudan.

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has called on the international community to take urgent action and provide food aid and healthcare services to address the escalating refugee crisis.

Thousands of refugees who have fled the horrors of armed conflict in Sudan are currently in Chad, with daily displacement from North Darfur continuing.

Sudanese refugees are facing dire humanitarian and living conditions amid a severe shortage of healthcare and food.
