Khartoum Locality has announced regulations for the distribution of petroleum products and the monitoring of approved prices for fuel and gas, emphasizing adherence to the unified price set by the state.
The locality decided to ban the fueling of vehicles without license plates, as well as unlicensed rickshaws and tuk-tuks.
It also confirmed a total ban on fueling motorcycles in accordance with the state’s decision, with the exception of motorcycles carrying a movement permit from Military Intelligence.
Furthermore, the locality decided that vehicles with additional fuel tanks will not be supplied with fuel without a permit from the General Administration of Public Transport and Petroleum, while requiring fuel stations to supply vehicles with fuel only once per day.
Khartoum Locality revealed that legal reports will be filed against violators, and regular force checkpoints at crossings have been directed to combat fuel smuggling to neighboring states and areas under the control of the Rapid Support Forces.
