Launch of “Feminist Justice” Campaign to Advocate for the Protection of Sudanese Women

Kampala – Mashawir

The “Feminist Justice” campaign has announced the adoption and circulation of its logo as a visual identity reflecting justice based on participation and solidarity.

The initiative explained that promoting the logo comes as part of ongoing preparations for the campaign’s launch. It also issued an open call to all stakeholders to use the logo in media and awareness materials, in order to enhance the campaign’s visibility and unify its visual messaging.

It stated that the circulation of the logo coincides with preparations for the official launch of the campaign, scheduled for today, Monday, April 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM, amid a context marked by escalating violations against women and girls in Sudan, alongside the weakening of protection and justice systems. This situation has driven civil and feminist groups to unite their efforts under this initiative.

The campaign emphasized that its idea originated from the “No to Women’s Oppression” initiative, before expanding to include a wide spectrum of feminist, community, professional, political, and human rights groups inside Sudan and abroad. This reflects a clear need for organized collective action to bring women’s issues back to the forefront.
