The Leri Central Emergency Response Room in South Kordofan State has distributed shelter materials to 56 displaced families who fled from the cities of Kadugli and Dilling, as part of ongoing humanitarian efforts to support war-affected households and improve their living conditions.
Speaking to Mashaweer, Adel Sabri, a member of the South Kordofan Emergency Response Room, said the project is part of humanitarian interventions aimed at providing displaced families with essential shelter assistance, preserving their dignity, and helping create safer and more stable living conditions in displacement areas.
For his part, Mohamed Ibrahim, one of the beneficiaries, expressed his appreciation to the South Kordofan State Emergency Response Rooms Coordination Council for supporting the project.
He told Mashaweer that the assistance had helped ease some of the hardships faced by displaced families, particularly amid growing humanitarian needs.
