The Radical Change Forces in Sudan said that targeting the country’s infrastructure, as well as its economic and service-related resources, threatens the lives of millions of Sudanese people.
In a statement, the alliance added that expanding the scope of attacks to include vital civilian facilities constitutes a serious violation of international humanitarian law.
The alliance called for an immediate end to the war and demanded independent and transparent investigations into war crimes and violations committed against civilians and civilian infrastructure.
It also called for those responsible for war crimes to be identified and brought to fair trials, without immunity or impunity.
