Mohammed bin Salman and Al-Burhan Review Developments in Sudan

Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, held talks with Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, Chairman of Sudan’s Transitional Sovereign Council, to review the latest developments in Sudan and their implications, as well as ongoing efforts to address the situation.
During the meeting in Jeddah on Monday, both sides emphasized the importance of ensuring security and stability in Sudan, and preserving its sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.
On the Saudi side, attendees included Prince Saud bin Mishaal, Deputy Emir of the Mecca Region; Prince Khalid bin Salman, Minister of Defense; Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Musab bin Mohammed bin Farhan, Advisor to the Foreign Minister for Political Affairs; Musaad bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State and National Security Advisor; Khalid Al-Humaidan, Head of General Intelligence; and Ali Jafar, Ambassador to Sudan.
From the Sudanese side, the meeting was attended by Mohy Eldin Ibrahim, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; Ahmed Mufaddal, Director-General of the General Intelligence Service; Dafallah Al-Haj Ali, Ambassador to Saudi Arabia; along with several other officials.
