Kufra – Mashawir
Two Sudanese nationals and a Libyan driver were killed in a traffic accident that occurred approximately 100 kilometers north of the city of Kufra, while four other people were injured, according to local sources in the border region.
The accident occurred when an “Escowa” vehicle carrying the victims overturned while crossing the desert. Libyan rescue teams later intervened to assist the injured and transport the bodies to the morgue pending their handover to relatives.
