Six Killed and Injured in Drone Attack on Kosti

White Nile – Mashawir

The Sudan Doctors Network reported that one person was killed and five others injured after the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) targeted a fuel station in the city of Kosti, White Nile State.

In a statement, the network added that the RSF also targeted the towns of Umm Rawaba and Al-Rahad in North Kordofan State in what it described as deliberate attacks on civilian areas with no military presence.

Nearly 700 civilians have been killed in Sudan since January this year in drone strikes.

In recent months, near-daily drone attacks have disrupted life across various parts of Sudan, particularly in Kordofan, which has become the main battlefield in the war, as well as in areas under RSF control in western Sudan, including Darfur.
