Saudi Crown Prince Affirms to Al-Burhan the Kingdom’s Commitment to Sudan’s Stability and Territorial Integrity

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received a telephone call from Sudanese Sovereignty Council Chairman Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The agency reported that during the call, the Saudi Crown Prince affirmed the Kingdom’s “commitment to Sudan’s stability and to preserving its sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.”
He also reaffirmed “the Kingdom’s support for all efforts aimed at achieving stability in this brotherly country, paving the way for comprehensive development in Sudan and the return of displaced people and refugees to their homes.”
For his part, Al-Burhan affirmed the solidarity of the Sudanese government and people with the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and condemned the attacks it has been subjected to.
Al-Burhan also reiterated Sudan’s support for the measures taken by the Kingdom to safeguard its sovereignty and security, and expressed his appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s steadfast positions in support of Sudan’s unity, sovereignty, security, and stability.
