The Civil Democratic Alliance of Revolutionary Forces (Somoud) welcomed Security Council Resolution 2817, which condemned Iranian attacks on the Gulf states and Jordan.
The alliance affirmed its full support for the affected countries and called for an immediate cessation of military actions.
In a statement, the alliance said that the resolution reflects a clear international position regarding the attacks that targeted civilian facilities.
It stressed the need for all parties to adhere to international humanitarian law and protect civilians, emphasizing that any targeting of civilian infrastructure represents a violation of international rules and undermines regional security.
The alliance added that the position issued by the Security Council requires strengthening diplomatic efforts to address existing conflicts, calling on the international community to prioritize peaceful solutions.
It explained that the alliance rejects all forms of extremism and activities that threaten stability in the region.
The statement noted that the alliance views the resolution as a step that supports the path of de-escalation, affirming its solidarity with the Arab countries that were subjected to the attacks.
