RSF Commits Widespread Violations, Thousands Displaced from South and West Kordofan

Residents have reported that the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) committed widespread violations against civilians, including killings, looting, forced displacement, and arbitrary arrests.

The violations occurred after the RSF took control of the areas of Dilling, Al-Hammadi, and Kazgeel in South Kordofan, as well as Al-Khoui locality and the surrounding villages in West Kordofan.

The ongoing fighting in South and West Kordofan has forced thousands of residents to flee the towns of Dilling and Al-Khoui and nearby villages on foot toward the city of El Obeid and the town of Umm Sumaymah in North Kordofan.
