Mohamed Al-Faki Suleiman: We Know Who Fired the First Shot and We Have the Evidence

Former Sudanese Sovereign Council member Mohamed Al-Faki Suleiman revealed during an appearance on the program “The Other Narrative” with journalist Ahmed Wadashitiaq that they possess photos and videos documenting the presence of civilian individuals from the Muslim Brotherhood’s security apparatus. These individuals had been detained by the Empowerment Removal Committee during the transitional government period, yet appeared on the morning the war broke out carrying weapons.

Al-Faki confirmed that they have this evidence in their possession and are keeping it to present to the investigation committee.

He added: “We have all these documents, and we will submit them to the investigation committee when the time comes.”

It is worth noting that Mohamed Al-Faki Suleiman, in addition to serving as a member of the Sovereign Council during the transitional government, was also Deputy Chairman of the June 30 Regime Dismantling Committee.
