The United Nations said that vital water services in Kordofan and Darfur are at risk of being suspended due to funding shortfalls.
It added that a drone attack in El Obeid killed one civilian and damaged infrastructure.
The UN explained that the ongoing conflict and funding shortages continue to affect civilians across Sudan.
It further stated that in El Obeid, water trucking services for more than 9,000 families at the Al-Mina Al-Bari displacement site are at risk of being suspended due to rising fuel costs and insufficient funding.
The United Nations also noted that in Tawila, North Darfur State, water trucking services for around 150,000 people are expected to decline sharply if additional funding is not secured.
