One Million Dollars from the United Nations to Support Medical Supplies in Sudan
Follow-ups – Mashawir

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Sudan stated that “90 percent of the storage capacity of the National Medical Supplies Fund has been damaged due to the conflict, affecting the availability of essential medicines.”
It indicated that “a $1 million project has been implemented to enhance the monitoring and tracking of medical supplies through modern digital equipment and a specialized database for pharmaceutical supply chain management.”
The project was carried out in collaboration between the National Medical Supplies Fund, the Federal Ministry of Health, and UNDP, with support from the Global Fund.
